Surveillance footage released by the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office on Tuesday captured the moment a man lit a fire on a packed subway in the South Korean capital last month. The footage showed passengers fleeing after the suspect doused the floor of a carriage on the Seoul Subway Line 5 with flammable liquid before setting it ablaze on the morning of May 31.
